The drives on the servers seems to be unresponsive, our techs have tried the best to recover the drives but they are not responding. At this hour our DC team is building the new server and the data would be restored using last available backups. We'll keep you posted with the progress.

One of our HyperV - 103.20.212.143 base machine is facing some issues and is unresponsive. 

The Concerned Team is already working on the reported issue. The ETA would be 30 minutes for the same.
