Dear Customers,

Update - 1 - 8:30 AM (Aug 11, 2017)


The migration has been successfully completed.


We are seeing an issue with the primary hard drive of our Shark Windows mail server which started giving some file system errors and is beyond recovery hence tonight we will start its migration to new Server.

In this migration


- The old and new Server IP remains the same.

- Mail service would not work between 10:00 PM (Aug 10, 2017) to 9:30 AM (Aug 11, 2017)

Scope of Work: All users mailboxes and mailboxes information would be copied to the new server during this process.

Note: During this process mail services would remain stopped.

Time Duration: 8 - 16 Hours
