Dear Customers,

Update # 7

Last night, all the VPS on this base machine has been restored. Kindly mail us at support@mywipl.com, if you are still facing any issue with VPS / Service related.

Update # 6

We have started the VPS restore and all the VPS would up and online in next few hours.

Update # 5

==========

The new server is ready now and Windows updates are going on. As soon as its gets completed, we will start to make VPS live.

ETA 3 - 6 hours.

Update # 4

The data has been transfered in new drive. Now we are starting the new server deployement process.

ETA is 6 - 12 hours.

Update #3

None of the recovery process were able to recover the Windows to boot into the system, we are now proceeding towards rebuilding the identical machine with drives. Once the machine is built, we'll try to copy the data from the backups and restore the system. 

ETA is 16 - 24 hours.

Update: 2 (06:40 AM)

It is now at 97,468 files complete.  Rest assured that, as I said, we are checking this periodically regardless of replies to the case.  It is still going to take quite some time.

Upadate: 1 (10:15 PM)

We are running a file system check on the C drive. It is currently on 10%. We'll monitor this and update you as it progresses. Currently, 88698 of 294128 files have been processed. This will take some time to complete.

Neptune HyperV Server throwining RAID errors and down right now. All the VM on this base machine is also down.

Our datacentre team is working on the issue, at this point we don't have an exact ETA, we will get back to you as soon as we will get further update from their side.
