Resolved [EMU.dnsracks.com server is under reboot]

All website data has been restored. In case if you are still the facing issue with any of your website request you to open a ticket to support@mywipl.com.

The data sync is still going on and almost 80% has been completed.

The FTP service is also enabled. Since the data sync is under process, we request you to kindly not upload any new data under your hosting as it would overwrite the new content with the old content.

All the websites creation has been completed and now we have started the data sync process. We will get back to you as soon as it gets completed.

The Server restoration process has been initiated, Kindly do not upload any data through FTP/WebsitePanel during this process.

The server is currently installing windows updates. We will update you once the server restoration has been started.

The server just appeared to complete the CHKDSK, and attempted to boot into Windows, but then started the CHKDSK once more and would not let us cancel it.

Given the amount of unreadable segments it is displaying on the scan at this time, we don't believe that it will be recoverable to the point of the OS becoming accessible anymore.

 

We are now starting the server restore and it would take almost 2 - 3 days for a complete restoration.

We have rebooted the server after installing the critical updates on the server and is currently running the CHKDSK. We will update you once the server is up and online.
