Important Announcement - Tech team internal training

Dear Customers,

Our Technical Support team would not be available for phone support on Saturday, 7th Sep 2019 between 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM as an internal training has been scheduled during the same time. However, our web-based ticket system would be available for any support request. 

We would try to ensure that the wait time for critical issues is minimized while other general tickets may take some time to be addressed. We appreciate your support and patience in advance.
