With the global outbreak of Covid-19, WIPL is taking precautionary measures and planning ‘work from home’ for its employees. Our priority is the safety of our personnel, customers and community.
We are diligently working to implement the recommendations issued by our relevant local authorities which includes our State Health Ministry and the World Health Organization (WHO), and are incorporating these guidelines into our decision-making process. Our comprehensive Business continuity plans are deployed and which is designed to keep our support services running smoothly during events such as COVID-19. The plan accounts for an increased ability to remotely manage our end client support services. With this plan our team is 100% operational with the tools to effectively Work From Home. To ensure the data safety concerns, out team connects through the VPN on our office firewalls using our Secure VPN tunnel to ensure security of our process.
As the team has moved to WFH, during this period the regular phone support may not be available. Our web based ticketing system would be monitored, available and function as usual. https://mywipl.com/portal/ or by sending a mail to to email@example.com
Our phone lines are operational over our Cloud IVR and you can reach out to us on following no's only for critical issues such as server down.
